Puppy Pricing and Deposits:

(A.) Puppy pricing: Our pricing starts at $1500, the price per litter can vary depending on registration, and rights. NO we do not care how other breeders are pricing, YES you can find cheaper, and NO cheaper IS NOT always better! We breed ethically, and produce QUALITY!

(B.) Deposits: We expect atleast a $200 deposit (reservation fee) for EVERY puppy! We do not accept “payments” on deposits, and anything paid “ahead of time” through online banking will be put down as an addition to your non-refundable deposit!

Deposit Policy:

(A.) A non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve any puppy!

Deposit forfeiting:

The buyer will forfeit their deposit if:

(A) Buyer fails to communicate with the seller for more than 3 weeks (21 days) from the date that the deposit is placed.

(B) The buyer fails to properly purchase the dog for any reason on the date of pickup.

There is absolutely no reason for anyone to loose complete contact with their breeder for more than 21 days, if you are not sure you are ready for this kind of committment, please do not place a deposit!

Deposit reimbursement:

If a puppy becomes unavailable to the buyer due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance due to the fault of Seller, the buyer’s deposit will then be transferred to the next litter of puppies. Should the seller choose, the buyer can be refunded the deposit amount as an alternative option.

Payment Options:

(A.) Deposits: payments can be made via Cash App, or Zelle. Depending on the age of the puppy being inquired about deposit payments can be made in cash after a Meet & Greet.

(B.) Final Payment: Cash is preferred as final payment at pickup. On occasion the seller may accept Cash App, or Zelle. We ABSOLUTELY do not accept checks, money orders, or wire Transfer!

We PREFER cash, and to be paid the remaining balance in person! We can try to work with you on this, however we work primarily in cash and are charged a fee to transfer the money you send us, over to our own banking account.

Boarding Fees:

If the puppy (Dog) is not picked up within 7 days after it has turned 8 weeks OR 7 days after the buyer has placed a deposit then seller will charge a boarding fee of $10.00 per day/$70.00 per week. If the buyer fails to pick their puppy up within 21 days after their puppy (Dog) has become availble for pickup then they will forfeit their deposit.

With proper communication, we have the right to alter this per the situation.

Delivery/Travel Fees:

Free delivery is offered up to 50 miles, after 50 miles a $2.00 fee PER mile will be charged to the buyer.

NO EXCEPTIONS!! I have to scheldule ‘pick ups’ for the rest of the litter which often takes place on the same day which can make meeting ‘half-way’ very difficult!

Shipping:

Should the buyer decide to have their puppy (Dog) ground shipped, then the buyer is responsible arranging this on their own. The buyer is required to pay the seller in full PRIOR to the puppy leaving their care and understands that their health warrenty may expire due to their pet not arriving to them within the 48 hour window.

We are not responsible for whatever may happen to your puppy in your transports care!! We will happily work with you when it comes to your groundshippers or flight nannies, but please be mindful of the risks involved!

Veterinary Care:

Every single one of our puppies recieve their age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and exams provided by our licensed veterinarian prior to going to their new forever homes.

Any additional requests besides what is routinely done at 6 weeks can be done upon request, but the cost falls upon the buyer!!

Socialization:

All of our puppies recieve sound, animal, and human socialization during their first few weeks of life. This is important for setting them up for success in their future homes.

If you would like some sort of specific socialization done for your puppy, we can try to make it happen upon request!

First Pick:

First pick options are considered “First come, First serve” A $50 non-refundable fee is to be paid as soon as a litter is confirmed, if you decide your no longer interested in a puppy once they are born then the $50 fee becomes forfeited and first pick will no longer be available to you. Typically first picks must be made within the first 7 days after the litter of the buyers pick is born.

No, first pick will not give you a discounted, nor does first pick ‘overrule’ our choice on our OWN production!

Breeding Rights & Registration:

All of our puppies come with their CKC paperwork, this does not mean they come with “Breeding Rights”. If you are interested in breeding for any reason, please let us know!

We are not against our puppies being bred, we are just against dishonesty and sneakiness.

Meet & Greets:

Per request, we can work with the buyer to scheldule a meet & greet with the puppy of their choice. Meet & Greets are not allowed for puppies under the age of 6 weeks!! We will happily face time, send photos, and plenty of videos per request!
